Every package/plan can redeem those sessions on the Pilates Floor AND the Strength Floor, giving you the opportunity to try both modalities with complete flexibility.
All private sessions purchased as a package/plan can also be redeemed in our semi-private sessions if a private session is unable to be scheduled/rescheduled, giving you even more flexibility!
Training Plans

One-on-One Training 1x/Week
-Redeemable for private lessons on the Pilates Floor, Strength Training Floor, or a mix of both! Can also be redeemed for semi-private sessions if needed.

Semi-Private Training 1x/Week
-Redeemable for any of our semi-private sessions on the Strength Floor and Pilates Floor.
Limited to 4 people in all sessions.
