In this Strength Floor format, our focus is primarily on compound movements that mirror everyday life. All fitness can be considered functional, so the purpose of this class is to connect the dots between lifting and the demands of life. All levels welcome! Modifications and progressions will be provided as needed.
Weekly Schedule: 6:15am Mondays and 10am Tuesdays!

This Strength Floor format is all about learning how to take yourself through a Strength workout on your own.
This self-paced session is guided by a workout that progresses week-to-week in 4-6 week cycles. You'll learn to record and track your progress, manage rest times, and see your strength blossom over time.

This Strength Floor format is a combination of strength and cardio intervals for an effective, total-body conditioning workout. Designed to meet you where you are, all fitness levels are welcome!
