Hi, all!

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it is something I am so passionate about sharing with others. My roots reside in dance, and that classical training really set the foundation for my love of exercise and exploring what the body is capable of. 

Making fitness and a healthy lifestyle feel both accessible and possible for anyone is my mission. Physical activity isn't a luxury, it is VITAL for our health and well-being. That's why I've made it my goal to create a space that anyone, no matter how old or how inexperienced, can feel comfortable walking into and trying something to support their fitness goals. 

I want to give clients a chance to ask questions. I want clients to have the time to practice a new skill without the distraction of a busy gym. I love getting to break down the basics of technique behind a barbell squat or take the time to teach clients the intricacies behind the Pilates Method. Developing a new skill (or advancing one) takes time, practice, and patience... and having a coach to help you along the way gives you both the support and knowledge to approach that skill safely and at a pace that is right for YOU.

Alyssa Milazzo

I am passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels perform better in all that they do through the practice of Pilates. I was introduced to Pilates while overcoming a debilitating viral-immune disease and experienced firsthand its power to strengthen and restore the body and improve your overall physical and mental well-being. As a classically trained 4th generation Pilates teacher, I am dedicated to teaching the authentic Pilates method to promote functional strength and provide a balanced system designed to work all parts of the body and improve the way you move in your everyday life!

My goal is to make Pilates approachable to all of my clients, with sensitivity to their varying needs. I have worked with a variety of individuals including seniors, teens, and athletes along with clients with conditions of Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, hip, knee, shoulder issues and more. Pilates is truly for everyone, and I look forward to helping you feel the powerful benefits of the Pilates method!

Briana Mirabal

Strength Trainer.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Registered Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance (200H RYT).  I'm also completing my final semester at USF, majoring in pscyhology with a minor in nutrition. 

A top goal of mine as a coach is to make fitness feel more accessible, while creating programs tailored to each client's individual holistic health goals and building the confidence needed to maintain a healthy relationship with movement!

I've had experience working as a weight training coach for high-school athletes, instructing group fitness classes open to all levels and ages, leading yoga classes, and working 1:1 with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Melanie Zapata

I've been through the ups and downs of fitness and know how overwhelming it can feel. Born in Colombia and raised in Tampa, I found my passion for fitness while working at a gym in college, and while aesthetics initially drew me in, it's the exploration of movement that keeps me going. My approach brings a unique fluidity—I've trained everyone from NFL athletes to people of all ages and sizes, adapting my methods to each individual's needs. 

Since then, I've explored strength training, yoga, barre, and more—always learning, always evolving. I've learned from some of the best coaches out there, and now I'm here to pass that knowledge on to you in a way that feels real, doable, and sustainable, because fitness doesn't have to be complicated—let me show you how to simplify your journey to strength and health.
