These sessions are great for those who enjoy a more semi-private environment or are interested in increasing their frequency of their Pilates practice.
To ensure your safety, comfortability and familiarity with the apparatus, and to give us a chance to get to know you as an individual, ALL CLIENTS are required to complete an Introductory Session with one of our teachers before attending a semi-private class. More private lessons may be recommended as needed.

We offer groups of up to 3-4 people a chance to train with us in a private lesson-based training studio.
We do recommend booking an individual introductory session first so we can get to know you as an individual.

Pilates on the Spine Corrector is a specialty class we host in the studio on the last Wednesday if every month. This class is intended to introduce participants to a piece of the Pilates Method apparatus that we feel isn't showcased enough!

This class is designed to offer participants a chance to experience a workout on one of the most popular apparatuses of the Pilates Method.
*If you are new to this apparatus, we do recommend that you schedule an introductory lesson to become more familiar with the reformer*

This self-guided session is open to anyone looking for a strength training workout. Each 45-minute session will provide a workout for the group to complete at their own pace. A trainer will be on the floor to help give an overview of the workout, personalized modifications, and spot when needed.
