These sessions are great for those who enjoy a more semi-private environment or are interested in increasing their frequency of their Pilates practice.

Looking for a place to train on your own without the crowd of a gym? Open gym might be for you!
Our newest service we are offering will give you access to the strength floor during specific time frames. What's even cooler? It's by reservation only. That means that only up to 3 people at a time can train per time frame.
All you have to do is sign up for your preferred 90-minute window and you're good to go.
We will also have a trainer on staff to supervise and help as needed!

Have a movement class or workshop you'd like to host in our studio? Are you an independent trainer who's looking for space to teach your clients? We have close to 2,000 sq ft of space that can be utilized for a variety of purposes.
